1. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores certain data locally on your device only. This data is never uploaded to our own servers:

• Saved favourites (prompt titles, images, categories, and prompt text you choose to save)
• Cached prompts and image data for offline access and faster loading
• Basic app preferences

You can remove this data at any time by deleting saved favourites in the App or by uninstalling the App.

2. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

• Device information: device model, iOS version, app version, and language
• Network information: IP address and connection type when loading prompts and images
• Advertising identifier: Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), only if you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt
• Ad interaction data: such as ad impressions and clicks through Google AdMob

We do not require an account, and we never collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any payment information.

3. Diagnostics

The App does not include a separate analytics SDK. If the app crashes, Apple may collect crash diagnostics through standard iOS crash reporting when you opt in to share analytics with developers through your device settings.

Advertising-related diagnostics may be collected by Google AdMob as described below.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:

• The Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), only with your permission via App Tracking Transparency
• Ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks
• General device and network information for ad delivery and fraud prevention

If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (contextual) ads.

5. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, the App will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

You are free to decline, and the App will remain fully functional. You can change your choice at any time in:

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

6. Content Delivery

Prompt data and images are loaded from our content delivery network (Cloudflare R2). When content is loaded, standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) may be recorded by the content host. Content may be cached on your device for offline use.

7. How We Use Information

Collected information is used to:

• Load, display, search, and categorize AI prompts and images
• Let you copy prompts, save favourites, and browse content offline
• Display and measure advertisements through Google AdMob
• Respond to support requests if you contact us by email

8. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Limited information may be shared only with:

• Service providers — Google (AdMob) and Cloudflare, to operate and monetize the App under their own privacy policies
• Legal authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger or acquisition, subject to continued protection of your information

9. Data Security & Retention

All data transmitted by the App uses HTTPS/SSL encryption. Favourites and cached content are stored only on your device and remain there until you clear them or uninstall the App.

Advertising data is retained by Google according to their retention policies. We do not operate our own user account database.

10. Your Rights & Choices

• Tracking: allow or deny tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Personalized ads: manage Apple advertising settings in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
• Local data: remove favourites in the App, or uninstall the App to delete all locally stored data
• Privacy requests: depending on your region (including GDPR in the EEA/UK and CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information — we do not sell personal information

11. Children’s Privacy

PromptPro is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and post the revised policy on this page and inside the App. Please review this policy periodically.
